Jaglah Foundation

The Jaglah Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating pathways for individuals to pursue careers in sterile processing within the healthcare industry. We focus on providing career opportunities to both immigrants and non-immigrants who hold at least a high school diploma or GED and are within the legal working age in the United States.

Our Mission

Our mission is to remove the barriers that prevent talented individuals from accessing meaningful careers in healthcare. Through the support of our generous donors, we offer free tuition to candidates enrolled in our sterile processing career training and development programs. These comprehensive programs equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and certifications they need to thrive in this essential field.
